Refund and Returns Policy

14-Day Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Moral Traders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day refund policy. You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unopen, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if necessary.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
